Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and spacious rooms that were suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The service was good overall, although there were some language barriers. The location, just off the motorway, was convenient for a quick trip to Valence but not ideal for exploring the city. The dining options had a variety of products to choose from but lacked appropriate cups for the coffee machine.
The hotel is typical Novotel Europe, offering the chance to open the window for fresh air. The staff were very welcoming, and there is a nice park nearby for pet owners. Overall, my 3-day stay was comfortable, though there were some minor issues.
The hotel is quite big for our three people family. The rooms, although rather small if the pullout bed is used, didn't bother us at all for a one-night stay. They need some renovation but are very modern and clean. The service seemed very stressed but had all the basic necessities for a short stay and could prepare any off-menu vegan dishes. The location is very nice with the river and small waterfalls, perfect for just stopping for a night on your way somewhere else, and wonderful for an overnight stay while traveling. The dining experience was a big mess with no appropriate cups for the coffee machine but was a nice option at no additional cost. The facilities are near a commercial center and in the shower.
